Hello everyone, my name is Andie. I’m so glad you dropped in.   Some of you will know me as a successful empowerment coach. Others will know me as the victim of many years of abuse.

For those that who don’t know me, I suffered at the hands of domestic violence for a decade. It started with psychological abuse, very shrouded and masterfully hidden, then progressed into emotional and financial abuse, and finally sexual and physical abuse.

I can’t say I’m grateful for the abuse but, what I can say is – I have a gratitude for it. It has made me the woman that I am today.   It has enabled me to reflect, develop the capacity to recover quickly from adversity and guide you in  the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling and claiming your life back.    

I now love empowering other women. If you are suffering at the hands of another, I want to show you how that can change. That is why I get out of bed every morning. I help women who are in the grip of abuse, whether they are actually in or still controlled by it, and transform them to a state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. We travel the journey to freedom - your freedom, however that looks.
