Who Makes Them the Expert on You?

As Jane lay in her bed, the tears flowed down her face. It was the same start to the day as always and the same end to the day the evening before. She believed this was never going to change.

He hated her. Jane was useless, stupid, he called her every degrading, hurtful name that someone that says they love you should never say, or even think. Her mind was reeling. He was so mean, so cruel. The violence had shifted. It was not only psychological and financial, it was starting to become really physical. Yes, he had put his hands around her throat before, threatened her, intimidated her, but it was getting so much worse.

Are you thinking what I was thinking? I know you can relate to Jane’s story. I'm here to say I can feel your pain, I know what you're going through – it's so damned hard! Jane had come to the realisation that no woman could ever please this man. And you know, she was right! It had taken her twelve years to accept that fact. No, it's not your job to save them, change them, fix them or their bad habits and behaviour, put up with their torture, the abuse and the ridicule. It’s soul-destroying. And guess what? It's actually their plan! They want you to suffer the pain they carry around every day. They hate themselves and they want your power. This has to stop right now.

You deserve peace, love, happiness and all that your heart desires. Don’t let anyone control your life. Don’t give away your power. No one should take away those things that you deserve; they have no right. The moment that you start to wonder if you deserve better – you do!

I hear you ask, ‘Where do I even start? I don’t know where to turn.’ I have the solution. It's not as hard as you think, because Jane did it, with my guidance and she’s free!

First things first:

STEP 1

Stop feeling sorry for them; they abuse you!

STEP 2

It is not your fault.

STEP 3

Reach out to someone you can trust.

STEP 4

Repeat Step 2 until you really, really believe it.
